We are in the middle of producing the website at the moment and everyone has been given a deadline to finish their pages by Friday 25th. This gives us time to put the whole project together and create a screencast showcasing what we have achieved.
We will meet on Friday to put the whole project together and also to write the Project Report. Everyone has been assigned an aspect of the report to write about and this too will be put together on Friday, ready for handing in for Tuesday 29th.

Project Production
Having finished the SA&D phase of the project all team members have been assigned a page to create. Sam has made the template and using this each member will make 1 page of the project, this will include the text and pictures and media and example adverts that would be created for businesses looking to advertise on our site. Dan Dobson has been doing research and has sent everyone in the team some information that can be used in their prospective pages.

Post Project Plan
A meeting was held on Friday morning to pull together all parts of the project plan and to make sure that everyone handed it in well before the deadline. I had done the feasibility report which included the mind map and the gantt chart done by Sam and stated every ones roles and responsibilities. I also did the change management report which showed what actions would be taken when any part of the project would change. Daniel Peck added a report about the group dynamics which outlined the communication channels we would use and how any conflict would be resolved. Finally Daniel Dobson wrote up a risk assessment which aimed to discuss any risks the project would come under and how they would be prevented.
The group then discussed the work that had to be done towards the system design (the storyboards and structure diagrams). The two Daniels will collaborate to create the structure diagrams and Sam will be creating the storyboards as part of his task of creating the template SWF file. Sion and myself have carried on with the business plan dividing up different aspects of it between us.
Overview

Then each individual member's roles for the upcoming week were discussed and finalised so that the system design stage can be completed easily by Friday 11th February. Finally Sion said that he would have to go to Cardiff until Thursday the 10th so I have made sure that he knows exactly what he has to do in order to help to complete the business plan.

Action after frist meeting
From the first meeting we now have a name for the project and website: www.iheartmcr.co.uk
Using the belbin types quiz we determined which roles each team member was best suited to carry out, these have been added to the team mindmap.
We have written out the aims and deliverables for the project and have tasks to complete, these are:
Sam will generate a template SWF file from which we can all create pages for the site, while still maintaining the same look and theme.

Day 1 - The beginning!
Got the group sorted first proper meeting will be on thursday or friday this coming week.

- Find out suitable roles for everyone in the group
- Discuss the aims and deliverables
- Start work on the overall project Gantt Chart
- Discuss structure and main content of the pages, from there begin to create the Structure Chart.
- From group member's roles decide who will write what in the Group Report.
